Wool bedding in a hotel room
The hotel did not look very impressive from the outside. Just a simple building situated next to an old library and opposite a cinema. It was not extremely expensive, too. I expected shared bathrooms, simple equipment and furniture. But I was wrong. Well, perhaps what I saw inside was not the interior of a five-star hotel, but it was much more than I had expected. First of all, we had our own bathroom with a huge bath and a shower. There were also clean towels, some soap and shampoo. The bathrooms and the bedroom had been redecorated recently. The tiles were new and the rugs and carpets matched the furniture perfectly. We were given fresh wool bedding that was very comfortable and warm. I must mention that it was late November and the temperature often fell below zero Celsius degrees at night so we definitely needed some warm bedding sets and blankets. The furniture was simple, but very stylish, and there was even a small TV set with lots of channels available. Well, the wool bedding and the nice furniture, as well as the clean and cosy bathroom definitely surprised me. I guess that I might stay at the same hotel when I visit the town again next year.
